Terms of Service
Last updated [DATE]
1. The service
Barrel Busters (operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], “we”, “us”) provides a residential bin valet service: on your scheduled collection days we move your trash, recycling and, where applicable, yard-waste bins to the curb before the City's collection, and return them to the location you designate afterwards. We provide the service only in areas we have opened, as shown on our website.
2. Your account and information
You agree to give us accurate information, including your service address, your collection days, gate or access instructions, and where your bins are stored. You are responsible for keeping that information up to date in your account. Service depends on the City's collection schedule, which we do not control.
3. Authorization to access your property
By subscribing you authorize us to enter the driveway, side yard, gate or other areas you have identified, solely to move and return your bins. You confirm you have the right to give this authorization for the service address. [LEGAL: add any limits, such as locked areas, pets, hazards, and liability terms.]
4. Subscription, billing and price changes
- The service is a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe, starting when you subscribe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- We may change the price for new subscriptions at any time. [LEGAL: state how and when existing subscribers are notified of changes.]
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or end service until your account is current.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again. [LEGAL: state your refund policy.]
6. Missed or delayed service
If we miss a stop, tell us through your account and we will make it right. [LEGAL: describe remedies, e.g. credit or re-visit.] We are not responsible for the City's collection schedule, missed City pickups, or items the City declines to collect.
7. Limits of liability
[LEGAL: limitation of liability, damage to bins or property, indemnity, and insurance statements, written by a qualified attorney.]
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE]. Questions: support@barrelbustersaz.com.
