How does the service work?
Sign up online, confirm your trash, recycling and yard-waste collection days, and tell us where your bins live. Before collection day we move your bins to the curb. After the City has emptied them, we return them to the spot you chose. It repeats every week automatically: no reminders, nothing to remember.
What happens if I forget to sign up?
Service starts once your subscription is confirmed, and your account always shows your upcoming service dates. If you sign up close to your collection day, your first visit may be the following week. Signing up takes about two minutes, and after that there's nothing else to remember.
Do you handle trash and recycling?
Yes. We handle your black trash bin every week, plus your blue recycling bin and green yard-waste bin wherever those collections apply at your address. When you sign up we only offer the bins we can actually service in your area.
What happens on holidays?
Holidays can move the City's collection schedule by a day. We follow the City's published holiday schedule and adjust your service to match, so your bins are out when the truck comes.
What if my garbage pickup is delayed?
If the City's truck runs late, your bins stay at the curb until collection has happened, and we bring them back afterwards. If anything looks off, you can contact us from your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
Where do you put my bins after collection?
Wherever you tell us when you sign up: a side yard, behind a gate, along the garage wall. You can update the spot any time from your account.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach your bins, you don't need to be home or do anything. If they're behind a gate, just leave your access instructions.
What happens if my gate is locked?
Add your gate code or access instructions when you sign up and we'll use them. If we can't reach your bins, we log it as a missed stop and you can contact us from your account so we can make it right.
